Elder Care in Albuquerque, New Mexico

Hello my name is Damya searles and I am currently a senior at Rio Grande High School and I have no experience but I feel as though helping the elderly will give me the knowledge on how to take care of one. I want to be a nurse when I'm older and go to college and I feel as though helping an elderly now will give me a head start on how they should be cared for in the future. I understand you want to know a little bit about me so I am 16 and I will be 17 in September I currently help out the community while gardening and doing a lot of water conservation projects for this program called Querencia Institute and that's basically all we do, we go around to different properties and houses and we garden different plants and also I really want this job mainly for college. I just moved to New Mexico from North Carolina about 6 months ago and with college being a year away I really want to start saving so I won't be in a lot of debt when I get out of college and my parents are not really like financially stable so they don't really have the money and I feel like this will give me the opportunity to reach my goal in my standards somehow.
