I am here for elders in need,,~~~ I am looking for someone or a couple who is in need of assistance for a few hours each day , I have at least 5 years of STNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant ) care giving experience. I have worked at Marjorie p lee, Evergreen retirement, as well as several independent elderly communities and I have had patients from hospice to dementia and Alzheimer’s as well as people who just need a friend to help around the house. I was recently with synergy home health care but my struggle was they needed a consistent number of hours and although I have always taken a patient I had to slow down, Schooling and family interfered with their hours. I have been in nursing school for 3 yrs post STNA I have my associates of science and my LPN- Licensed practical nurse and am currently working towards my RN and I will finishing off with my Bachelors of nursing. I am a single mother of 3 and I love the company and stories of our older population and feel this will be perfect for a while. I live in the Bridgetown area and I am available between the hours of 10-2 and 4-7 Monday – Friday and I’m pretty much open all weekends.~ you can e-mail me or call  Providing medication reminders and appointment reminders  Can run Errands, grocery shopping etc. as well as accompanying clients to appointments ~I provide transportation for a client using own vehicle or client's vehicle  May Document client information in Client Journal If needed  Meal preparation ~ Assist with feeding, (Prepare meals per plan of care provided By MD ~dietary restrictions)  Assists Client with Dressing. ~ Grooming  Providing stabilization and assistance with walking and provide AROM and PROM as well as ADLs as needed  Bath-Bed, Tub, Shower and toileting assistance and personal care. ~ Assisting with toileting and incontinence issues  Performing light housekeeping tasks (dusting, vacuuming, making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, etc.) Washing and ironing laundry .
