Elder Care in Toronto, Ontario

I am an educated invdividual who is looking for a meaningful and rewarding career. I will admit that I do not have the greatest amount of experience but I have the biggest heart. I am wanting to learn more about my new client and myself throughout the process. Ideally, I would like to make meals, read, do activites, errands, and some housekeeping, as well as entertain, play games, arts and crafts, listen to music and sing. I am a big kid - hoping to integrate in a home and add some fun :) My grandmother was in a retirement village in Guelph and I would often spend days with her and her fellow residents. I have helped (mostly with my grandmother) feeding, bathing, reading, playing games, and chatting, as well as light cleaning, brushing hair and teeth. The conditions at her residence were amazing with a healthy food program, activities, a variety of meals and a number of recreational activities (reading, watching films, playing music).
