Handled 8 bedridden patients, some ICU cases, 20 psychiatric (specifically, age related) cases, OPD, ambulatory and wheelchair bound patients. o Assisted the patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nutritional needs. o Turned patients every two hours and as needed particular not to create bedsores. o Assisted patients with ambulation, transfer and /or range of motion exercises. o Assisted patients with instrumental activities of daily living such as shopping, homemaking, preparing meals and maintaining a clean and safe physical environment. o Performed acceptable standard healthcare practices. 2. Observed and reported patients condition and safety hazards to supervisor in a timely manner 3. Documented observations and activities in an accurate, complete and timely manner. 4. Possessed organization skills necessary to carry out visit/shift and to complete assigned tasks. 5. Provided requested documents to keep employee information current. 6. Protected patient heath information according to Innovative Healthcare policies and procedure. 7. Maintained professional appearances, attitude and demeanor while on duty.
