I am a matured mother of 4 adult children. I have worked with a lot of people of all ages who have disabilities/chronic diseases both at home and in the nursing home settings. I am very flexible with my hours and very reliable. I can operate most of the equipment needed to care for people at home and in the nursing home setting. Onisemo I have worked as a caregiver (Certified Nursing Assistant) for more than ten years in the USA before going to school to become an LPN. I worked in the nursing homes and home care setting helping the elderly people in their daily living. I am able to change occupied beds, unoccupied beds, feed people by mouth, help with ambulation, give baths and dress people who are unable to do so. I can use the hoyer lift, assist and encourage people who use walker or cane with ambulation. I can also transfer people from bed to chair and back to bed safely.
