I am a licensed Registered Practical Nurse looking to care for elderly persons in their homes. I am energetic and hard working. I can help to prepare meals and light housekeeping, loundry. I am able to administered medications, injections and treatments prescibed by the doctors. I can care for the senior, take them shopping or to the doctor/hair appointments/grocery shopping. Provide personal compassionate nursing care and assistance in activities of daily living; restorative care and appropriate use of restraints; assist with nutritious meals; palliative care. Provide safety and health environments to individuals and their families. Assess clients to identify appropriate nursing interventions. Dispense and administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician. Monitor, assess, address, document and report symptoms and changes in clients' conditions.
