Elder Care in Toronto, Ontario

I am a friendly, mature(40), university educated woman with experience taking care of people with light dementia. I have experience doing light care-giving and companionship for elderly seniors, including having taken care of a woman who had diabetes and Alzheimer\'s. I am mature (40), English speaking/Canadian educated with a degree in philosophy. I am kind, sensitive, conscientious, and I am honest to a fault. I am accustomed to positions where i supervise the elderly who might otherwise get themselves into trouble-by leaving the sink running, the stove on, or wandering. I can dispense medication but have not given shots. Cleaning is not my forte, but I don\'t mind helping with small tasks such as vacuuming. Generally, I prefer short shifts-from 3-6 hours, and I only work for cash. I don\'t work mornings. References available upon request, and my rates depend on the location and the tasks required.
