I am a Home Health Aide / Caregiver, and have worked in health care since 1969. My work experience has been in geriatric, orthopedic, neurology, medical surgical in the areas of private home care, hospital care and nursing home. I am looking for private home care, working with a geriatric patient who needs: bathing, dressing, feeding, ambulation, transfer, companionship and general house work. I am certified in: Domestic Violence, HIV/, OSHA, Alzheimer’s Disease, Medical Record Documentation, Assistance with Self-Administration of Medication, Communication with Cognitively Impaired Clients, Infection Control / Universal Precautions, HIPAA, BLS. I have had a current physical with a negative T.B. skin test.
