Highly qualified private duty Registered Nurse/Care Giver providing assistance with all medication administration, including: oral, subcutaneous and intramuscular shots, IV administration, eye drops; wound care, tube feedings, glucose monitoring, and insulin administration. I also provide any assistance needed for activities of daily living, such as: toileting, bathing, transferring, and feeding. I am a good cook and I like to stay busy. I’m happy to clean, do yard work and even repairs around the house. I can provide transportation anywhere. I’m happy to accompany clients to doctor’s appointments where my extensive medical knowledge helps me to understand, remember, and explain everything the doctor said. I’m happy to provide stimulation, walking, assisting with exercises, talking, playing games, doing projects, and going places. I have experience working with a large variety of clients with illnesses including: Parkinson’s, (COPD) Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, (CHF) Congestive Heart Failure, Diabetes, Stroke, Alzheimer’s, Hospice, Cancer, Brain Tumor, and (ALS) Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis. I have passed numerous background checks for previous employers. My qualifications include: Licensed Registered Nurse, Basic Life Support Certification which includes CPR and AED use, and an Oregon driver’s license. I provide my premium service for $20 - 25/hour. I work any shifts from three to 24 hours. I must be allowed to sleep on any night shift, but I don’t mind waking up to help clients with toileting needs. I won’t work more than three 24 hour shifts in a row. I am willing to work any day of the week in Bend, Redmond, Sisters, Sun River, La Pine, or Prineville.
