Hi there! I\'m Charmaine, a registered nurse in Philippines and a nurse aide in nursing home here in Singapore. I can provide holistic nursing care and a quality of service that you need. I am flexible person and can adapt easily to a changing environment. I am understanding and hardworking. My current work taught me to understand more the elderlies and cope up with them. I love challenges. I am a registered nurse in Philippines and currently working as nursing aide here in Singapore for more than two years. I am exposed in different areas of nursing home such as palliative and dementia care unit. Included in my responsibilities are assisting the elderlies in their activities of daily living such as bathing, oral and toilet needs, feeding and others, performing passive range of motions, administer medications (oral, injections), doing physical assessment and checking vital signs and report it to physician if their is any abnormalities, I can also do wound dressing and insert NGT.
