Hi there, I am a 21 year old first year nursing student with a passion for serving others. I am joyful and friendly, as well as organized and responsible. I have really enjoyed my clinical experience in the assisted living homes this year, and feel that I am well prepared for caring for seniors or adults who need assistance. I enjoy all sorts of activities, or simply sitting and chatting over tea. Lindy -volunteer as activity staff in assisted living home -clinical experience as first year nursing student in assisted living home, dementia unit. Have experienced alzheimer's, dementia, CVS (stroke), hypertension, hyperthyroidism, dysphagia (swallowing difficulties- assisted feeding), aphasia (speech difficulties), hearing and visual impairments, incontinent, full assist. -community care for independent seniors doing grocery shopping, driving to appointments, house cleaning, help with tasks.
