I have looked after an independent elderly woman and an elderly man.They don't belong to the same family but my duties were almost the same.I prepared for their meals 3 times a day and made sure they took their medicine, monitor their blood pressure, do a bit of exercise and keep them company. I also did some light housekeeping while their taking their breaks. I also do grocery shopping and cooking.Prior to looking after elderly, I was employed as a live-in caregiver to a family with 4 children and a dog here in Canada and from 2002-200... I worked as a nanny in Hongkong.
