Hi hello. Im jay, filipino and nurse in the Philippines. Im very down to earth person and a very god fearing christian. I will live and take good care of you and for him/her and can do household chores, prepare delicious and nutritious meals, do exercises for him/her, Im honest and trustworthy guy. I have 2siblings and one nephew and helped them raised as I am the eldest in the family. I am a very hardworking person and willing to do anything just to finish my contract. I have experience working with elderlies too with all kinds of cognitive dysfunction like Alzheimers, Dementia, ALS, Autism, and other conditions like stroke, paralysis or bedridden patients, comatosed, diabetes, heart conditions and many more which I have handled during my working days in the acute care in the hospital. For the three years experience I had in the hospital I have handled many kids of diseases and diabilities. I worked in the emergency room and in the Intensicare unit. Wherein we always have elderly patients that both critical and acute long term care.
