As a part of my training as a caregiver is elderly care. We are taught to provide foods suitable for them. Seniors need tender love and care to like children. Walk with them and talk with them too.
For post natal mother. I had been working with my employer after she gave birth to the youngest. I helped her to take care of the baby and also on her.
