Looking for opportunity to bring kind nature, relevant in utilizing compassionate care and improve life standard of elderly.
Genuinely caring for them and showing the compassion and attention they needed will make them not so cranky at all. Understanding and being patient is a must. Elderly wants to have the feeling of integrity, making them feel they are in control at their situation and have the ability to take descisions like they used to be help. Letting know and accept that I am there to help them not to intrude or do things against their routines. It is not just an extra hand given but the heart to take care of them matters.
