Assist the client with personal care such as: shower, dressing up and diaper change ? Care for health, welfare and well-being of clients; ? Maintain cleanliness throughout nursing home, promotes health and maintain safety of the clients ? Laundering items of personal clothing and change bedding ? Meals and snack preparation and serving ? Assist the client for the use of walker and wheelchair ? Transfer of client using lift equipment or thru manual transfer from bed to wheelchair and vice versa. ? Maintenance of all records as instructed from time to time. ? Simultaneously help the team in maintaining the independence, choice and respect throughout all aspects of the service given to residents. ? Assisting in planning, devising and implementation of person centered care plans. ? Ensure that all residents are cared according to the care plan, maintaining a health and safety environment of the unit and development of the home.
