Elder Care in Waterloo, Ontario

Hello families of CanadianNanny....., I am a psychology major, minoring in human resource management in the co-op program at the University of Waterloo. I am looking for 12-16 weeks of full-time employment. There are many benefits to hiring a co-op student from the university and that includes things such as: a wage reimbursement of up to $3,000.00 from the Ontario government for most Ontario businesses, as well as the skill set I have learned in the professional development course. My education in psychology allows me to have a developed understanding of people and their associated challenges in life (including disorders). If you were to ask a friend how I am like, they would tell you that I am very calm, patient, and compassionate. I believe that there is some beauty inside all of us, and it comes through our personalities. Although I do not have direct experience with working with the elderly, I am fully aware of what it takes and I am willing to do anything. I am very flexible for pay because I am looking for something that develops my skills with people.
