A 89yr old woman with vascular dementia(advance stage),assisted in Adl, promote personal hygiene, grooming and washroom duty, day and night.due to advance dementia the client often confused and violent, being patient,caring and calm caregiver it helps me understand my patient and able to calm her.administer medication and prepare healthy for the client. I also have an experience with special child(autism)he's 14yr old by the time I took care of him.lead and guided in activities that will enhance his groth and development.assisted during eating, dressing and toilet habits.supported on his ADL(activity of daily living.)
