Hello, I am an experienced PSW and with nursing diploma. I have the passion to take care of the elderly applying all the knowledge and skills I have acquired from my education. I have a good reputation regarding my care-giving experience. I have the First-aid, Mask fitting, wound care ,food handling, crisis intervention certificates and police check. You could depend on me as I am compassionate, caring, intelligent, hard-working, optimistic, attentive to detail and teachable. I had taken cared of a bedridden client on total care for two years. Had to do personal hygiene, bed-bath, feeding, transfer from bed to hoyer lift and back, and emotional support and companion. Had to collaborate with the nurses and other PSWs in the client's care and report observations related to the client's health status. Assist the nurse in giving medications and do the dressings as well.
