Elder Care in Ottawa, Ontario

Hello My name is Jenny Johnson. I am a graduate of Mount Allison University with a degree in History, Psychology, and Canadian Studies. I just recently completed my Bachelor of Education degree at Crandall University in Moncton, NB. I have worked the for the Canadian Red Cross for a number of years as a home support worker/elderly care. I have also worked for a woman with mild dementia for 3 years at a private residence. I stay overnight with her and am responsible for cooking all her meals, sorting out her pills, and doing light housework. I also enjoy playing cards with her, listening to old stories, and generally just enjoy my job. I also have worked for the Canadian Red Cross as a home support worker.
