Hello, My name is Jacklyn Burns. I been a personal support worker sience 2009, I recently went back to college for medical office admin, and I did private care during that time of school and when I was done college I relieased how much I miss taking care of people, building that special bond, the reward you get from people who you can help as little as helping them get dressed, they think so highly of you and tell you they dont know what they would do without you and meaning so much to someone makes you feel so good. When im working i think about \" what if that was me\" I treat people how I would want to be treated, I am a single mother of a little boy whos name is Landon and I remember when I had him and i needed help because i was so weak, having his father, my friends, my family around to help was so amazaing and if I can be that support for soemone who doesnt have enough support would make my day, thats why i went to college so that I can be that support for others. I been working with special needs & seniors mostly, I have always wanted to help out new mothers but never got the chance, I am looking for work for any person who needs my help. I am young and strong and ill do as much work as I can so that when I leave your home I know I got things done so your at home resting and not having to do anything but put your feet up. Im looking for work in lindsay or Peterborough but if there is work in Scarborough i have a friend who i can stay with but if its only worth it if its enough hours.
