Hello dear family, Re: I am looking for a Caregiver position for a senior in Edmonton My name is Annette and I am currently attending the Training for Live-In Caregivers (http://....com), where I am learning about Care for the Elderlies, Disabilities, Nutrition, Cooking, Communication & First Aid/CPR. I am looking for a position starting around November and would like to stay with you for at least two years. I am a committed and reliable worker and I love continually learning new skills in my work with people. I provided support as a Teaching Assistant and Physical Aid for children with special needs in Denmark. I worked as a Caregiver for an elderly man with Diabetes, Dementia and heart problems for about 7 years and I cared for my mother, who had dementia, for about 3 years. I volunteered in senior centres in Denmark and Edmonton, where I was a companion and provided activities. I am looking forward to the opportunity to continue my work with people in need. I am continually learning in the communication with the elderly as I know this work to be rich and full of opportunities.
