Provide medication reminders Plan and prepare healthy meals . Assist with bathing and dressing . Assisting with bathroom needs . Light housekeeping (dusting, laundry , washing dishes etc ) Keeping active if required , taking walks outside . getting mail throwing out garbage . Keep notes of daily activity , meals , blood sugar and moods . Spending time with client making sure they are stimulated. Engage in physical and mental exercise as well as activities ( games ,memory books) This is a relatively easy position for someone with a good personality.
