Owners Sally Dahlem and John Markham have over 35 years combined experience in the healthcare field. This experience includes Assisted living, Skilled Nursing Home/Rehab,and Medical Equipment. Because of this as a client of Home by Choice you will now have an expert in the family. All Home by Choice caregivers have an Florida Agency for Health Care background check and are registered with AHCA as an employee of Home by Choice-in other words we do not sub contract. WE ARE NOT A NURSE REGISTRY. Our services include assistance and/or reminders with medications, showering, dressing, toileting, meals, light housekeeping, laundry and escorts to appointments.
