4 years caring for elderly lady whose family were out of town. She was alone in NYC. Kept in daily touch with family via text. Cooked her meals, administered medication, doctors visits, laundry, assisted with bathing, dressing, laundry, watched TV and played games. Went for walks in the neighbor park. Was responsible for her general care. Hospital care post surgery.
