We are looking for the following positions; Evenings, Weekends, Night Shift Please read the job description below: Caregivers are preferred to have experience in patient care, or have Nurse Aide Certification. Skills and duties that we require are: Communication skills, including the ability to read, write, and make brief and accurate oral presentations to patients, the Administrator, and other staff; Observe, report, document patient status and the care or service provided; Have knowledge of basic infection control procedures and universal precautions; Have knowledge of basic elements of body functioning and changes in body function that must be reported to a supervisor; Be able to maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment; Deliver appropriate and safe techniques in personal hygiene and grooming that include the following: bed bath bath (sponge, tub, or shower) shampoo (sink, tub, or bed) nail and skin care oral hygiene toileting and elimination Provide safe transfer techniques and ambulation; Understand normal range of motion and positioning; Monitor for adequate nutrition and fluid intake; Provide medication reminders; Participate in regularly scheduled in-services and trainings.
