Cynthia is dependable, reliable and hardworking. She was dedicated to helping my Mom with her day to day activities. She is proactive and went over and above to jump in and do what ever she saw needed to be done around the apartment to help, not only my Mom, but my Dad as well. She showed compassion and sensitivity in the way she interacted with my Mom. I could see in her interactions with Mom that she genuinely cares for her. Honestly, words cannot describe how beyond grateful I am for the care Cynthia gave my Mom.
