Elder Care in Oakville, Ontario

While I was taking my Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing in the Philippines, I was trained holistically, developed my skills and widened my horizon on how to take care of other people. Being a Philippine Registered Nurse, I learned to become more confident, mature and responsible person. Furthermore, I worked in two of the most challenging Nursing Homes in England, UK for two years. There also, I developed my skills and abilities. I could work under pressure, able to complete and organize work while meeting multiple demands. Moreover, I have finished Personal Support Worker Course in Tricare-Oakville in June 2015 and had my clinical in Sunrise Residential Home in Oakville, as well. Also, I did an elderly job as a live in caregiver for three and a half years. In addition, I worked as a Personal Support Worker in Wyndam Manor and Post Inn Village. I was exposed in different health care settings, took care of different nationalities, and worked with different kind of people. This sums that I am able to adapt in every situations and manage changes easily. I am friendly, always wear smile, enthusiastic and optimistic. I am a conscientious person who works hard and pays attention to details. I’m flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from other. I am respectful, courteous and pleasant. I am also compassionate and I love to put others first before myself. Most importantly, taking care of the elderly is my passion.
