Most Notably • Over 3 years experienced in using Nursing Interventions (ADPIE) Assessment/Diagnosis/Planning/Implentation/Evaulation. • Highly skilled in assessing patient’s physical and mental health by conducting interviews. • Hands-on experience in evaluating and treating patients using the advance technology and practices. • In depth knowledge of formulating plans of care and establishing priorities necessary to achieve outcomes. • Well-versed in evaluating care plan to see if amendments need to be applied to current plan. • Able to maintain effective collaboration with key stakeholders of an interdisciplinary team to provide optimal care to the patients. I am extremely knowledgeable and have learned the importance of prioritizing the time related to health issues. I am flexible and also mentally and physically strong to deal with high emotional situations.
