Hello,I have more than 25 yrs of experience in elder care.I like to push a positive attitude and like to motivate exercise to ones capabilities,of course.I like to make healthy meals.I feel humor in ones life is important as joy fills the heart w/ happiness.I'm a very compassionate,caring,organized and hygienic person.I do not smoke,drink or take .I'm energetic and happy.I love animals.I own two tiny dogs and 3 birds,myself.I speak spanish as a second language.I am experienced w/ med reminders,errands,entertaining,outdoor activities,organizing,light housekeeping,preparing meals,bathing,no heavy lifting as it is hard on the back.Cutting hair,trimming healthy nails.doctor appt.I have tended to people w/ diabetes,dementia/alz,bipolar,depression,anxiety,adhd and parkinsons.I have references and you are welcome to contact these people.just ask me..... background and driving record is excellent.You're more than welcome to check.I have nothing to hide.
