My name is Elmerita Tizon from the Philippines and landed here in Canada last 25th of May 2016. I am a Nurse by profession, have been able to work in the City Government of Dipolog, Philippines as a Public Health Nurse for more than 15 years. The job calls for supervisory works , handling and implementing different health programs mandated by the Department of Health for the community. I was also able to work as a caregiver in the United Kingdom in two nursing homes for almost two years. I have to come back to the Philippines to personally take care of my parents. My experiences in giving care to people is my passion. I knew that anyone need assurance that their vulnerable people will be treated like a family.
