I am writing to you on behalf of Nitesh Vadher, who was the caregiver for my father, Patrick Green, during the last year of his life (approximately from December 2013 to December 2014). My father was suffering from worsening dementia, and his health situation was in general decline. For the entire year, Nitesh was tremendously and consistently conscientious. My father (as well as the entire family) liked and trusted him. He always did the utmost in his capacity as caregiver. Nitesh was interested in my father’s well-being, compassionate in his care, and attentive to my father’s needs. He worked hard, and often went beyond the call of duty. Nitesh was always willing to help, was sensitive to my father’s feelings, thoughtful about his situation, and did not hesitate to suggest improvements. I can honestly say that Nitesh was a simply excellent caregiver in every way. Both my mother and I had no complaints about his care for my father, and in fact we have only praise, appreciation, and gratitude. We recommend him most highly and enthusiastically.
