Elder Care in Vancouver, British Columbia

* I spent some time after highschool volunteering at a retirement home, working with the elderly. Most of that time was spent reading to them, playing board or card games, going for walks or simply sitting with them in the garden. That summer my sister and I started our own business running errands and grocery shopping for seniors who were still living on their own. I also spent a lot of time helping care for my grandmother when she was going through her cancer treatments.
