I am a caregiver who worked with seniors for 3 years. I provided personal care which included bathing, feeding, grooming, washing clothes and linens. I assisted nurses with changing bandages and administrating medicines as ordered by physician. I attended medical appointments with clients, took accurate notes. I maintained and updated clients records and charts as needed and authorized by head nurse. For example, when I was working with my clients some of them were not be able to communicate in English. I was always trying to understand and to found out what they were going say. By giving them the time they need and by approaching them in good manner.
