Elder Care in Richmond, British Columbia

Dear families , I am 39 years old and i came from a big modern city in china . I have worked as a RN(Registered Nurse) for about 19 years in china . Also I had taken part in live-in caregiver course which was six months in China ,before I came to Canada. actually i do not need to study the course ,because I am a RN in china and I had trained FIRST AID ,CPR etc..... nursing school,but I would like to be more professional as a nanny. From the course I took, I knew that it is important for a nanny to provide good services and improve employer quality of life. Now, I have been looking after an old lady who is over 80 years old for about one year . My responsibilities are and not limited to prepare ,serve meals , do laundry , assist dressing , bath ,make bed ,maintain a healthy and clean environment at home and sometimes I accompany her to go for a walk. In my opinion , I have confidence to be a good nanny , not only because I am a RN in china and also I have accumulated a lot of experience on how to look after people who are in different ages . Furthermore, I am a responsible ,patient mum, wife. So I have plenty of life experience and common sense . I always cook nutritious food for my family ,do a lot of housekeeping at home, stay with my son to do indoor and outdoor activities . Now my son become a healthy and energetic teenager, my husband and my friends would think I am a successful mum. I would like to use my all knowledge to help other families.
