Elder Care in Calgary, Alberta

I wish to help elders or people in need with the normal activities in life that may become difficult as we age or come across illness or disability. I have a car and am able to shop, do groceries, pick up medications or take people to appointments or friends homes etc. I am an athletic trainer and am able to assist people to go for walks or take them out for a day to see the mountains or simply to spend time with them with movement exercises...even sit and play games should that be their wish. I have a hospitality and fitness background. I enjoy being on my feet and being active so am able to prepare foods and do cooking or baking. I am able to do laundry or simple cleaning chores like cleaning out a fridge or an oven; duties that may be more difficult for less nimble elders. I have 'many' professional and personal references! I am a 46 year old woman and love people from all walks of life. I have worked for the police, government departments, in Africa guiding safaris and in the fitness industry.
