Employed 1 year in a Hospital setting and currently in Long Term Care for 7 years, BLS certified, with experience in Skilled Nursing Care, which includes, full body assessments, vital signs, ostomy care, urinary catheter care, wound care, ATB infusion, and orthopaedic rehabilitation. Experienced with dementia, and Alzheimer's disease. Willingness to help elderly with activities of daily living, medication set-up, transportation to and from doctor visits or health care appointments.
