I am a qualified and highly compassionate senior caregiver looking to help take care of you or your loved ones in your home. I have 6 years experience assisting and caring for seniors with a variety of conditions. I have worked with local Hospice facilities with in-home care as well as on my own with seniors with mobility issues, dementia, stroke victims and other conditions. I am happy to prepare nutritional meals, house keeping, laundry, run errands and transportation to any appointments. Helping my clients stay happy, healthy and safe in their own home is very important to me. I like to engage my clients in activities that help keep them mentally active such as puzzles and art. I believe it is important to be outside for at least 20 minutes if that is at all possible for their physical and spiriual well being however, I never force anyone to do any activity they are not comfortable with or physically able to do. I love to see my clients laugh and do my best to keep their spirits uplifted. I have recently moved to Murrells Inlet and am happy to provide references from my clients in Maryland where I lived caring for my parents until they passed. I am 55 years young and have always had a special bond with seniors. I am available up to 12 hours a day, 7 days a week. Overnight care is also available at a lower hourly rate.
