Expanding WA Licensed Home Care Agency looking for outstanding Caregivers to care for seniors in their homes. Baths (sponge, tub, shower and bed bath) b. Oral hygiene c. Skin care and foot care d. Grooming of hair (shampoo and combing), shaving, and ordinary care of nails e. Toileting f. Catheter and ostomy care (empty only) g. Transferring (bed to chair, wheelchair and shower, etc.) h. Dressing and undressing i. Ambulation j. Medication reminders 2. Assist with household tasks necessary to the client's health care needs, including: a. Planning and preparing nutritious meals b. Assisting in feeding client, as appropriate c. Light housekeeping of client's environment, including linens and making bed d. Laundering client's clothing and bedding e. Shopping f. Other household duties, as may be required 3. Measure and record oral, , auxiliary temperatures, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure, as instructed. 4. Use equipment and supplies safely. 5. Monitor, observe, and encourage range of motion exercises and other procedures as instructed by any professional staff. 6. Maintain a written log with receipts of all client money used to purchase goods or materials for the client's care. 7. Report any changes in client's condition to the Supervisor. 8. Document care provided consistent with agency requirements. 9. Perform other duties as requested. **Job Requirements** * CNA, NAR or HHA certified * Current CPR/First Aid Certificate, or ability to get prior to hire date * Current TB test, or ability to get prior to hire date * Current Food Handler's Permit, or ability to get prior to hire date * Experienced providing ADL for Seniors * Trustworthy, Dependable, Caring, Honest, Reliable * Drivers License * Car and valid auto insurance strongly preferred * Pass a State/Federal Criminal & Sex Offender Back Ground Check * Willing to travel at least 20 - 25 miles from their home to the clients home
