I have 9 years experience in homecare with elderly and loved my job . My experience is : Assisted patient with bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, feeding and elimination. Helped patient move in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs and automobiles. Assisted patient with ambulation and crutch walking. Cared for client with diagnoses such as respiratory failure, diabetes, ALD disease, . Assisted with adequate nutrition and fluid intake. Assisted with patient transfer and ambulations. Positioned patient for comfort to prevent skin pressure problems. Assisted with transferring patient in and out of wheelchairs and adaptive equipment. Recognized and reported abnormalities and/or changes n patients' health status to nurse. I did cleaning , laundry , shopping ,cooking . I do the best to make my patient happy safe and comfortable.
