I cannot say enough about Spencer C and her work with our mother who is in LTC with late-stage dementia. Spencer has been working with our mother since January 2018. Spencer is not only reliable, timely, conscientious, deeply trustworthy and an excellent communicator she also is a beautiful person who genuinely and creatively engages our mother in ways that support her (and ultimately the whole family's) well being. Spencer has brought a sense of peace to our family in her ability to be present with our mother and to think wholistically about all our mother's needs. She has helped us know how best to support our mother as she declines. She communicates and sends photos during her time with our mother alerts us to any emerging issues. She is always reading more to further understand the issues related with our mother's condition and offers us many different ways to connect with and support our mother. As well, Spencer is well able to work with LTC staff to support my mother. Most notably, Spencer is a beautiful soul whose authenticity and loveliness touches us all, especially our mother. I really cannot imagine how much more difficult this journey would have been without Spencer.
