Essential Functions: -Personal care - shower assistance, transferring, medication reminders, ... -Performs homemaking activities which include (but are not limited to): Vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathrooms. -Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions. May shop for groceries. -Provides companionship for the client, which may include accompanying client on walks, trips to social/recreational activities, assistance with hobbies, etc. -May provide transportation. Salary: varies based on experience Required experience: Minimum one year experience REQUIREMENTS: o High School Diploma or GED preferred o Must be at least 21 years of age o Must be able to fulfill assignments reliably and be on time o Must have reliable transportation and have proof of current auto insurance o Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds o Must have or acquire CPR/First Aid certification o Must have HHA or CNA certificate o Must be able to pass drug screening o Must be able to pass a national criminal background check o Must have regular access to the internet and email o Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions as well as document the services provided (in English) o Must be able to function independently in a home setting with minimal supervision o Must maintain a clean-cut, presentable appearance at all times Company Description: Synergy HomeCare is a national home care company.
