Elder Care in Mountain View, California

I've written this ad for Yolanda whose English is basic. Yolanda took care of my disabled grandson from the time he was 12 until he was 22 and moved into a different living situation. (My grandson has cerebral palsy, is in a wheelchair, has little-fine motor control, and has a speech and visual impairment.) Yolanda is an excellent, reliable, trustworthy employee who has performed the following tasks--and more--for my grandson: * Caregiving: Lifting (85 pounds), repositioning, bathing, toileting, teeth brushing and flossing, feeding, putting on hand and foot splints, and performing a home occupational/physical therapy program. * Housecleaning: Cooking, vacuuming, rug shampooing, mopping, bathroom cleaning, dish washing, dusting, taking out trash, and doing laundry. Please note that Yolanda works only in Mountain View or nearby areas because she bicycles or takes public transportation. This has never affected her ability to get to and from work.
