Private Family, To Bed about 7:00 pm - 9:00am Sleeps thru night. 5 day CG & Need application for week-end person. Unless 1 person able to move & live in home. *Assist, Supervise, & REMIND for all activities. Shower, Dressing & changing am & pm. Select clothing daily, Personal grooming, brush hair, apply lotion. Must Supervise while she takes meds. Prepare meals, Grocery shop, local outings.
