Elder Care in Bronx, New York

I have worked as a senior care provider for over twenty years. I was with one client for over eighteen years. In that capacity I worked with a client diagnose with Parkinson's disease , stroke ,dialysis issues and wound care. I maintained the household { ie cooking cleaning and laundry } I made all doctors appt. and made sure that they were kept. For the last year I was the the caregiver for a client whose major diagnosis was Alzheimer's . In that position I worked wit a physical ,occupational ,and a speech therapist . I learn to use a Hoyer Lift . I became a member of the Hospic team. I have my own transportation . I have been constantly employed for the last 19 years. My main goal is to help maintain a comfortable quality of life for the client.
