Thank you for taking the time to read my application, I do hope to hear from you soon, as well I do I have photo copies of my certificates and credentials as well as a current up to date criminal record check. I am currently a graduate of Campbell collegiates June 2013 class. I have experience teaching, coaching, and assisting children as well as teenagers as a gym assistant from January 2013-June 2013. I taught them how to live a healthy life style being active, eating healthy as well as demonstrating how to play certain sports. I have also been babysitting since I was ten. I've dedicated almost my entire life to a sport called ringette, I simply remember being able to skate before learning how to walk. Over the past few years I have also assisted in the evaluation of ringette players of different ages, during this time I was on the ice showing the children basic drills to help improve as well as see where there levels were at. I am currently coaching a u12 petite ringette team, I am on the ice during the evenings four out seven nights a week. I run the practices, improve the girls team skills, as well as individual and all around teach them to have an amazing time. I have just acquired my CSI which is a coaching certificate that proves I have the capability to coach and teach the girls. It is a great experience to be able to not only teach what I have learned over past 14 years playing but also get to learn a few tricks from the girls as well. Right now I am currently a casual in days and nights at a care home called BrightWater Senior living as a resident assistant. I do have my PCW certificate, my food safe handlers level 1, I am about to get my CPR level c as well as my TLR certificate. I aspire to become a nurse and work in children's hospital when I'm older, I have always loved helping others, and children. I will be going to do a humanitarian project in the near future in South Africa for a couple months, where I will be teaching children how to surf, volunteering at orphanages, working at children's hospital and working a bit with wildlife. The reason why I chose my career path is Children I find are one of our greatest treasures as adults they show us what we have forgotten, teach us to let our minds be open to anything. If I have not bored you yet, which I am hoping I haven't!:) corny joke of the day. Where do polar bears vote? The North Pole!
