My name is Carole James and i am a Personal Support Worker i have worked with different families by taking care of their loved one such as mother, father, wife , husband , daughter, son infants by doing so i take great pleasure in my job by caring for these persons with passion in that i make sure that all the daily task for and with them are complete and that they are all clean, fed, beds are change,making sure that their families are comfortable with the care i provide for them. Most of all i do take good care of all the people that i support they are my main and most important part of my job they come first. I have worked with adults in their homes providing personal care , meal preparation,bath, dressing, taking them for work, assist with daily excerises,Also i have work with young adults and seniors with Dementia such as - Alzheimers,Behavioural Difficulties,Sight Impairments. I did training in First Aid Completed A,B,C Alzhelimer's dementia,Sight Impairments,Diversity signs of Abuse,Crisis Prevention,Behavioural Difficulities,Phamacology traning and Quality Assurance Measures Regulation 299/10.
