I am Maribel 51 years old I am a registered in the Philippines..... objectives to further enhance my nursing career through proper utilization of my skills,knowledge,potentials and be able to help sick l/well one’s to maximize their optimum level of functioning with appropriate care.I worked in the Philippines as Staff Nurse for 10 years and 6 years in Taiwan Nursing Home as Staff Coordinator & 11 years as Caregiver /Health Care Provider here in Canada.I was assigned in CVA /Pulmonary Ward and Dementia/Alzhaimer Ward.The experience had sharpened my skills as Nurse.I had experience various nursing procedures thus;I am capable of handling elderly and persons with physical disabilities for I know proper caring and handling for them are of great importance.These includes transferring them from wheelchair to other places,responsible in providing direct nursing care to clients such as monitoring vital signs,monitoring intake output & body weight,assisting with ADL bathing,grooming,feeding,elimination,administering enema & stoma care,reporting & recording clients conditions;assisting activities of clients such as ambulatory,exercise,orientation,and other therapeutic activities,responsible in observing & evaluating treatment medications and care plan of client,coordinate with care of client as planned & responsible in maintaining clean & safe environment for the client.The most important thing I provide care base on ethico morale principles and with great respect for human life.I’m very calpable of doing household chores
