Im josephine panlilio i am a graduate of Personal Support worker i have relevant certification and clinical experience working in a nursing home and a Live in Caregiver. i have been successfully taking care of the sick and the elderly for the last 3 yrs.and feel proud that i have done this without complaints. Having worked for individual from different backgrounds. I have diversified and enhanced my understanding of human mind and sociology. I have no doubt that given an opportunity I will show the same dedication, warmth and tender care of new situation. I work as Live in Caregiver for more than 4 yrs taking care of elderly one is a 97 yrs old who was a partly blind and in the stage of alzheimer's and the other one is a diabetic. duties and responsibilities assisting them from daily living, doctors appointment, shopping, giving bath, massage, wound care, reminding about medication. as a PSW i did my clinical in a nursing home which helped me alot to gained more experience on how to deal in different situation and understand more the condition and needs of the individual. Presently working at Circle of Care (in home care)
