I really enjoy working with people. I am a very happy, youthful woman who has been in the healthcare profession for most of my life.I raised 3 beautiful sons and a foster son so I know how to be organized, patient, and loving.I had always wanted to be a nurse and help those who needed and wanted my care.I am very flexible with the availability of my hours and days and can accommodate most schedules. I look forward to working as my last client of 3 years passed away in october and I am eager to share my passion for life and my nursing skills with a new family. I have worked in 3 nursing homes in Nova Scotia.I moved to B.C. 6 years ago and have worked for private elderly clients in their homes . I worked for My last client for 3 years until his recent passing in oct 2012.I looked after meals, light housekeeping,personal care, errands,did some nursing care for dressings,stockings,skin care,took him to appointments,grocery shopping and outings. I have worked in a hospital as a lpn in the eighties but I am currently not registered.
